Jonathan leads operations for Kept Companies in Jacksonville. He was Director of Operations at Krystal Klean from 2020 before the brand joined Kept Companies.

He keeps crews, equipment and schedules running so every job is done safely and on time.

Stewart has more than 30 years in Northeast Florida's painting and coatings industry. He founded Belet's Painting & Maintenance, which joined Krystal Klean in 2022.

Today he leads specialty services and sales for Kept Companies, including painting, coatings and waterproofing projects.

Shalene runs the Jacksonville office. She was Human Resources Director at Krystal Klean from 2019 before moving into her current role with Kept Companies.

She keeps scheduling, paperwork and the team organized behind the scenes.

Jason has been with the Krystal Klean family for almost 15 years. He started as a Crew Leader and grew into sales and operations management.

He helps customers across Florida, Georgia and Alabama with fleet and facility services. Jaguars season ticket holder.

Matt brings more than 20 years of business development and facility operations experience, including vendor management for multi-site portfolios.

Based in Northeast Florida, he helps property managers and facility directors bring pressure washing, painting, striping and more under one provider.

Jake identifies and builds national and regional accounts for Kept Companies and looks after existing client relationships.

A former student athlete, he holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from The Citadel.

Justin works with Jacksonville facility managers on exterior cleaning and maintenance. He was previously Operations Manager at Krystal Klean.

His advice to property owners: clean it first, then decide what actually needs fixing.

Marc is a Business Development Manager for Kept Companies in Jacksonville, a role he has held since 2024.

He joined the Jacksonville location (Division 74) in 2021 as Residential Sales & Account Manager, and now helps commercial customers keep their properties clean and maintained.
